To all the children of the living GOD Jesus Christ.....what do you do??

2 brothers in the lord are always disagreeing with eachother, one believes he is a prophet of god and believes that in order to recieve salvation we must become perfect or pure as he puts it,he pretty much says we have to be like him, we started a band (and it is all for the glory of god) and he believes he is the leader of the band,hes such a humble man, not once has he ever pushed his beliefs on us, he does things in a humble and not so offending way and i love the man, hes got a good heart, now on the other hand we have another brother, he doesnt proclaim to be anything, he believes the lords love is unconditional and that he will never forsake us no matter what we do(which is contrary to what the other brother believes), now this brother is an interesting one, he speaks his mind, doesnt trust the other brother one bit, has his own way of believing, he swears at the lord alot lol and its in a humourous way but he loves the lord with all his heart, now ive had heart to heart convos with these men and they are both beautiful beings, the light shines bright in them they have both come from a shitty background, and had shitty lives untill they found the lord, they both believe strongly that jesus christ is the saviour and has come in the flesh, they both love eachother like brothers its just when it comes to sharing about the lord they have their differences, i love both of these guys man and ive been praying night and day for them to pull it together, the one who claims to be a prophet is leaving the band because nobody acknowledges him as our leader because we all know that Jesus is our leader and we are his sons so we dont take no orders from no man, no matter who he is, im getting confused its sorta shaking me up.....so yeh its kinda complicated sorry....God bless
