What if HARP caused an increase in Alzheimers and general craziness

Just saying, all those waves that are not normal to our environment could have an effect on us all that we would not expect. Here we are, hearing unusual and in some cases almost constant waves of sound/feeling. It's almost increased at certain times of the day. Maybe it's causing such an undertow of irritation that our minds are just checking out in different ways. Just saying....What do you think?
