The issue of who has the right to rule has already been settled. By Jesus proving that a perfect human will stay on God's side to death has proven satan a liar. No one else can ever say God doesn't have the right to rule over His creation or that no human will ever stay on God's side. So any angel that decides to turn on God would be destroyed immediately because the case has been closed. Only a few things are left until Jesus takes over and Satan and his demons are done away with.

Look. The whole problem started with the watchers, who were incarnate beings that wanted to bang human women. And dress them up, put make-up on them...etc...basically creating two things: technology and rules. This was the next problem: Rules beget more rules and technology begets more technology. Both add up to exceed the functional human's ability to manage the resulting pile of bullshit.

For evidence, look how many and how many types of lawyers we have just to adjudicate rooms full of laws.

Further, look at the inability to "fix" man made nuclear disasters. Look how far we had to go to create something that would poison the planet forever.

If we just followed basic simple rules, like love god, don't from religious organizations, love your neighbor, don't try sticking your dick in whatever you can and take one day off a week...well it'd be more like Mayberry than Gotham.

But we are too clever for that and are basically too short sighted to to develop the wisdom to see beyond our years.

The real 'solution' is so simple we don't even see it.

There are some things you don't question about God's Word The Bible. Repent, and send a love gift to benny hinn ministries.

The new Earth and new Heavens come and the cycle repeats. Boring.

As a Christian Universalist (i.e. Jesus alone will save everyone) my view is the bible tells us that God is reconciling the whole of creation to himself through Jesus.

This relates to his ultimate endgame. That is, he is bringing everything to a good end where his good intentions for all are completed. God is love and love will eventually swallow up all that is not love, reconciling (bringing to peace) everything (the whole cosmos).

God permitted Satan to rebel for the purpose of revealing himself as unconditional perfect LOVE and contrasting all that is not love (i.e. evil) to himself so creation would know him more intimately.

Even in permitting this temporary rebellion, God guarantees Satan's temporary activities will not have the final say and that GOD will make it all right, for all persons. The point of the FIRE (Scripture says "God is a consuming fire") is to eliminate evil and non-love. Once it's eliminated, what's left? A new heaven and earth. For now, Satan still has to ask permission for what he can and can't do. Beyond this, each person's free will and own varying level of non-love accounts for the mess the world is in and all the crap we experience.

Once God's timing is complete for this age and once all things are purged of non-love, there will be no need to allow rebellion anymore because God will be "all in all" - in everything and everyone and for those in the light and in the love of God, no desire or reason to rebel.

Jesus (love personified) brought a level of love which reasserted what has always been - evil and Satan, even now, are defeated and limited and subject to authority and will themselves be reconciled after a just and fair form of 'correction'.

The scriptures say "love casts out all fear". Evil is intended to cause fear. Perfect Love (in the name of Jesus as opposed to selfish "desires") easily casts out evil.

Any person can banish Satan (or any other dark force) via the powerful name of Jesus because of the presence and power of LOVE it carries, should they be assaulted by him or a dark spirit. "repenting" or literally turning to GOD is to turn from self and live out divine love for all.
