Riots started! WIth 7 MP's (6 PASOK and 1 New Democracy) getting ejected, how does this effect the voting for Sunday and what is the process like to replace them? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 19209502 Thank you. They can't replace them, only with elections, MP's are independent now. As i said 153 out of 300 is very marginal number for something so important, 180 is constitutional approved, this govt coalition has no legitimacy and their work will get even harder now with less MP's. |

Nothing stops them for real, countless of undemocratic and unconstitutional moves today. |

Riots started! How do elections get called again? Like, with such a slim margin of passing for this huge measure, is there any chance we can see new elections soon? And if not, when is the next time we will see elections in Greece? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 19209502 We'll see elections very soon, even New Democracy wants them, they can't govern the country this way. EU will also be disappointed with today's vote. I'm impatiently waiting for this crisis to spread to Germany. I hope we'll show you how traitors have to be treated. |
