the phone program is messed up in Ohio. I got mine and then waited 3 days for the acceptance letter that contained the activation pin. Finally get it activated and tried to make a call. I get a message saying I don't have any minutes. So I send em an email explaining the problem. It took em 2 full days to respond to the email. So they say to send the pin and phone number and they'll look into it. That was 3 days ago and the phone still won't work. LOL.
