What i speak of has been known cense even before the ancient Egypt we know of today. They will understand if they truly feel their heart when i explain it to them(I will only explain what needs to be explained at that time, to help them get where i am coming from on their level). And if some of them do not understand where i am coming from, i will leave them be and let it resonate with them for a while. So the seed of true love can grow. Not to offend you, but we don't really know much about what was actually in the bible. The roman catholic church probably inserted many texts into the bible to keep people ignorant, hell, for many years it was illegal to own your own copy of the bible because they had to interpret it for you. The original followers of Jesus Christ were burned at the stake with the bible they had around their neck. The Codex Sinaiticus isn't even a finished version, but much is different. The number of the beast is different, for all we know the idea of being reborn isn't in the bible. I was born to two protestant Christians, and they baptized me, but I never consented, nor would I have if is was asked now or ever. I think following that to the T is similar to those who would like to see the gays die because it says it in the bible (also probably put there by the Catholics). Just take the text with a grain of salt. If you had a first edition, straight from the mouth of jesus version, I would not have a single problem with following it word for word, but you just don't know. King James was a Rosicrucian, a form of masonry, so a far as you know, he could have wanted you to be in the dark about the truths of what Jesus said.  |

BTW most families that i know of do not even acknowledge what is taught in the school systems about that day anyway. Its just about being together and eating good food(and football for some). And believe me. If anything is mentioned about the tradition. I will not hesitate to speak my mind. I have been known to do that within my family, and they know better than to ask me unless they wish to hear an alternative way of seeing things, lol. They were having a hell of a time just making ends meet through no fault of their own. We were all smiles on Christmas morning because we knew that our friends were having a good morning, too, with plenty to eat and no worries about unpaid bills. We're never going to return to the madness of Christmas past. I am still plotting out what we will be doing on Christmas morning but one thing for certain is that it won't be cleaning up a pile of discarded wrapping paper. Spending time with each other is our greatest gift and that just can't be wrapped. AO |
