So many may say, as some of my Super Sheeple friends have, that Flouride Strengthens Teeth! With out flouride we would all have rotten teeth. Well I disagree. Since I quit drinking the flouridated tap water and the flouridated tooth paste I decided to look around for some extra CALCIUM. And my teeth feel great and stronger than before. So now I have been eating more foods with calcium. As well as a liquid calcium supplement that i use sparingly. Poisoned nation, prozac nation, twinkie nation, ponzi nation where will we go from here? |

I quit drinking tap water 7 months ago. I don't drink bottled water. AND MY SEVERE HEADACHES HAVE DECREASED 95% or more. I just don't get the headaches anymore. LUCKILY: Right now I have a Two sources of water that are from RAIN. Rain water from a clean bucket I catch it in and luckily a small stream I have access to. CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION!!! I FILTER AND DECONTAMINATE THE WATER THOROUGHLY AND PAINSTAKINGLY BEFORE CONSUMING. This filtering and decontaminating takes time but it is worth it for me. As the Headaches I was experiencing were quite bad. You all here are a pretty smart bunch, mostly. So you probably knew this but for those of you SUFFERING FROM MYSTERIOUS HEADACHES, the kind in the center of your head that just fucking hurt, bad. Maybe you should look into getting rid of the tap and bottled, and try RAIN water! REMEMBER to learn proper filtering and decontaminating to AVOID GIARDIA and other water born EEEBEE JEEBEE's. Let me tell you somethin son, if you're not drinking water with flouride in it your teeth will fall out of your head. You had best listen to me and not listen to any conspiracy theorist BS that you may have about nazis putting flouride in their water and what have you. dont make this mistake son, drink flouridated water. listen to me. |

Filter large sediment, using a cloth system or coffee filter system 4. Filter finer sediment with a carbon filter, or specialized screen with a rating of the proper micron for your application. if drinking make sure you are using the right equipment. 5. AT this point you have some decent water hopefully. So time to destroy and biological critters that COULD DO SERIOUS HARM OR DEATH. A. Giardia, and other water borne illness LEARN ABOUT IT. B. There are several UV ULtraViolet methods that I have used with success. C. Distilling water is supposed to effective, but I have not tried. D. Boiling water should work BUT BOILER BEWARE. Take it with a grain of salt. But for me it is NO MORE TAP WATER or BOTTLED WATER. |

I drink floridated water for decades DECADES and had all sorts of problems with my teeth, root canals x 4 and plenty of other work. Now I take in natural foods with Calcium and NO FLOURIDE and I am having no problems. Nazi's? This is personal experience. You see PA I was suffering from severe headaches and by chance I went off of the Flouridated Water and my headaches disappeared. By all means you should drink it and I won't hold it against you but in my experience, NOT A DOCTOR, it is great being FLOURIDE FREE! |

That sounds weird but I feel somehow like my mind is a little lighter and things haven't been as stressful lately (though i have no money, and am barely getting by) Maybe it is just something else like better diet or more excercise or something unseen, but since I GOT OFF THE FLORIDE i have been feeling better overall. The work, at first the work of getting the filters and the collecting and the decontamination was a bummer, but now I enjoy it. It is like putting one foot out of the system, then realizing how great it is out there. Plus i figure I am saving at least 30 probablyl 50 amonth on bottled water. Getting ready to jump in head first this summer with some whole food gardening. |

I would gladly give up all my teeth to get rid of the headaches, which are gone now! Doubt I will have too though, as my teeth have never felt stronger. Hey friend, Not sure what dental carries is? My teeth feel harder than ever now that I eat good with calcium supplement. Have you ever tried calcium rich food in place of Flouride? I have. And it is working great. One of the root canals that I never got crowned feels good and hard now that I take the Calcium and Calcium rich foods. Oh well, You stick with there My friend. I am off it for good and I feel great. They didn't know where or how to get rid of it so some creep thought of tooth decay prevention so they could put it in water and toothpaste. They taught it in dental school and everyone bought it hook, line, and sinker. The Brit's bad teeth come from another source. Maybe never seeing a dentist. |
