Who Is Black Eagle?

Black Eagle is the Supreme Grand Master Nayya: Malachi Zodok York-ElNayya: Malachi Zodok York-El President of The United Nuwaubian Nation Of Moors, a Sovereign Nation, who exercises their Autonomy. That is the rights to make decisions over themselves, and the respect of all others to do the same, coming out of the land of our ancient Yamassee, Creek, *******, Oconee, Apalachee, Apalachicola, Chatot, Cherokee, Chiaha, Chickasaw, Guale, Hitchiti, Kasihta, Okmulgee, Osochi, Sawokli, Shawnee, Tamathli, Timucua, Yuchi, Sauanahs, Yamacraw, Catwabas, ancestors in Georgia. The original Mound Builders of this land, all descendants of the Olmecs.

One day, while on our land (Jazzir Abba), in Liberty, New York, the master teacher came across a Bald Eagle. It landed within the range of his sight. This was a very rare occurrence because Bald Eagles are almost extinct and there was no doubt in his mind that this was a sign from the ancient ones. So with this, he took on the name Black Eagle, a name that was originally given to him by his Great Aunt Diane Fletcher.Diane Fletcher Daughter of Ben York and Black Feather

The Eagle has always been important in the Native American and American Indian culture. It symbolizes bravery and its feathers are used in many rituals and ceremonies, as well as decorations for various head dresses, peace pipes, and religious ceremonies, to the Native American and American Indian warriors, the way the eagle feathers were worn and clipped, told of his rank and deeds. In considering this and according to native culture and tradition, he chose The Name "Black Eagle" after living under many other names over the years, such as:As Sayyid Issa Al Haadi Al Mahdi 1945 A.D. - Still Living Imaam Isa,Rabboni: Malachi Zodok York-El Rabboni Y'shua, Dr. York. He finally knew the true significance of why as a child he was given the name "Black Eagle"; when he received his first eagle feather.

His family also includes the Millers out of Louisiana, Williams and Fletcher out of Pennsylvania, Washington out of South Carolina, and of course, York from Boston and Virginia. The name York ties him directly into the Native American bloodline of a great man namedBen York Ben York. He was the son of Yusuf Ben Ali "Old York" on his mother's side, a descendant of the Yamassee Native Americans with Moorish Malian family.

Black Eagle is his Native American name from the Yamassee side of the family. The name York is on his mother's side of the family, being she was related as second cousins, to her husband David P. York. This was a common practice in those days, it was normal and accepted for first and second cousins to sometimes marry. The line of descendancy amongst the American Indians is through the mother. Unlike your Biblical and Koranic Beliefs, where it passes through the father. So for years he lived under the name Al Mahdi and ignored "York". He lived under the tribal name Dongalawiy and the nationality Nubian and ignored the tribal name, "Yamassee", and nationality, "Moor".

Yusuf Ben Ali came over on a slave ship from Mali Africa; as a navigator, he was not a slave. The Moors were known navigators. Many of the early European sailors, sailed with the help of Moors. Pietro El Negrito was the admiral, meaning a high commander and chief navigator of the Nina one of Christopher Columbus's ships that he used when sailing to the Americas in 1492 A.D. Some people are under the impression that Christopher Columbus discovered the Americas. However, it was really his Negro (Moor) navigator Pietro El Negrito who actually set foot on the new world first, not Christopher Columbus.

With Columbus came more than just exploration he brought with him diseases such as Small Pox, and Syphilis, that wiped out entire Native American towns. He brought with him also his need for violence. Columbus, along with his predecessors that came during the following 500 years massacred and murdered us. A book entitled: "Clash Of Cultures", Chapter, The Indians And Columbus, Page 114, States:

"[The Spaniards] made bets as to
who would slit a man in two, or cut
off his head at one blow; or they
opened up his bowels. They tore
the babies from their mother's
breast by their feet, and dashed
their heads against the rocks...they
splitted the bodies of other babies,
together with their mothers and all
who were before them, on their
swords... [they hanged Indians],
and by thirteen's, in honor and
reverence for our redeemer and the
twelve apostles they put wood
underneath and, with fire, They
burned the Indians alive... I saw all
the above things... all these did my
own eyes witness."

These acts confirmed by Fray Bartolome in 1552 A.D. is an outright confession of torture on the part of our people. A violation of article 5 of the universal declaration of human rights/adopted and proclaimed by general assembly resolution 217 a (III) of 10 December 1948 under the united nations high commissioner for human rights, which states:

Article 5
No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel inhuman or degrading treatment of punishment.

Other laws include Article 4 Of The Committee Against Torture Fact Sheet No. 17 Convention Against Torture And Other Cruel, Inhuman Or Degrading Treatment Or Punishment (Resolution 39/46 Adopted By The General Assembly On 10 December 1984)

Article 4
1. Each State Party shall ensure that all acts of torture are offenses under its criminal law. the same shall apply to an attempt to commit torture and to an act by any person which constitutes complicity or participation in torture.

2. Each State Party shall make these offense punishable by appropriate penalties which take into account their grave nature.

These Europeans also took our settlements, killing us off by any means necessary. A book Entitled: "The Native North American Almanac", Chapter 2: Demography, Page 206, States:

"The most important reason for the success of the continuing assault on native america,... was the terrible number of disease-inflicted deaths that resulted from the introduction of European diseases. in 1837, the mandan,... were dramatically reduced by smallpox from 1,600 to 31. the blackfeet, comanche, and kiowa tribes of the great plains also suffered similar disastrous epidemics. seventy-four percent of 220 Hopi who refused western medicine in an 1898 Smallpox epidemic died.... this disease-fueled depopulation constitutes the most important part of that seizure of indian lands in what has been called the European and American conquest of Native America."
