Okay, well then I cook everything at 600F, and one slice takes about 6 minutes to be perfectly hot and toasted.

Rack of baby back ribs = 45 mins covered @600F, 10 minutes uncovered at 350F .

I was a full service butcher for years.

...when you go to Ruth's Chris steakhouse, their steak grill is 650F.

Slow cooking is for crock pots, and my chile verde pork recipe ..
