My lungs are completely clear, eating VITC and ZINC daily and sleeping well, I feel great. However, in the summer of 2017 I had a dry cough that my Doctor could not really figure out, so I took one Prednisone tablet and woke up breathing normal. 4 tablets in the next 4 days and it just all went away completely.
