ohhhhh, I have a good story about that!
I almost fired my dogs. We lived at the end of a very long (half mile) driveway, back in the woods and we had a snowplow guy when it stormed. Usually I called to let them know it was enough snow to come plow the driveway. Also usually, if someone was at the door, the dogs barked their fool heads off. It was one of those magic lazy Sundays when I found myself home alone and we'd had a huge storm, so I knew I could plan on staying home all day, so I took a shower and wrapped a towel around my hair and was sauntering through the house. I had to step over the sleeping dogs and looked over and to my absolute horror saw the snowplow guy peering in the door to see if anyone was home, presumably to ask me to move my car. MY DOGS SLEPT THROUGH SOMEONE AT THE DOOR!! FAIL!




I just silently backed into the bathroom and hid until he went away.
