Years ago a skier/condo-salesman that I talked to at a trade show almost talked me into buying a condo in Kelowna (Big White Ski area). He owned a luxury condo there and offered to fly me up there if I paid for his plane's fuel. His wife and son also flew there with him most of the time.

I never made it to Kelowna, tho.

I had a ski accident in Tahoe (a new ski sliced my knee open) and that cancelled my planned excursion into Canada in 2004, I think it was...

Kelowna probably still is the most expensive city to live in Canada....I traveled up and down when I was younger.I may end up in Nelson.
