Beee-lieve it or not! I was an alcohol and drug counselor for many years. Never remembered peoples' names, just faces and stories, matched them up with records for my notes.

Key to ANYTHING is just to actively listen THEN the person to whom you are listening doesn't even GAF if you know their name or not!
