When I was a little girl, this picture brings memories of grandma bakes bread or a pudding, and we chidren would be hanging about with growling tummys.

I can remember when my mum got a kenwood chef mixer & all of my brothers & I arguing who would get to clean out the bowl with the cake mix dregs in it lol.

Like being home sick from school, and brothers and sisters hearing how many bowels and beaters you got to lick because mum had a big bake up day for the homes next two weeks.

I sort of continued that tradition with my tribe. if you were my washer wiper and put away person on bake days, you got the treat.
