Morning Finland, DV  I actually went to bed early so I could catch up on sleep. But my body is like..there's your 5 hours. time to get up!  That´s good. But doesnt´help me most of the time because I just keep waking and rolling in bed then.. I usually sleep a bit less and then nap again later. Gives me the most efficient energy I think.
