neti, I will not bother to respond to your babbling lunacy except to point out that, even by your own hyperlink, the supposed Treaty of Verona was signed only by the members of the Holy Alliance (Russia, Prussia, and Austria) and France. The Vatican neither signed any such document, nor was a member of the Alliance, nor even approved of the Alliance (because it seemed to equate Catholicism = Lutheranism = Russian Orthodoxy).

I am unable to find any reputable reference to the Treaty of Verona, in any case. It appears to exist only in the imagination of Catholic-hating numbskulls.
