This kind of strategy never works, because the high ups don't use paychecks much. They don't want to own the money, they want to control it. And in order to control it you don't need a paycheck. On another note, in any case, there are so many loop holes in the tax system, that they want even flinch when they up the tax rate. In the end it will only hit the Middleman, and after that yourself. Rush brought up a great point: Why don't the Democrats ever bring up a "wealth tax"? Why is it always "income" tax? Because they are all trust fund and capital gains bastards, that's why.
