NETFLIX- Why Does It Only Count Every 5th Episode As Watched, Lying To Report Less Views

If NETFLIX reports less viewers, then their obligation to pay the major companies is less. My NETFLIX only counts about a fifth of the shows i watch. Why would an automated system, which registered and streamed me said show, not report it. The bottom line is money. We still send them the cash, and they say their customers hardly watch anything, makes it sound like a fair deal, but we NETFLIXers are riding that donkey hard. Im sure that a comparisson of Bandwith consumption versus show watches could nail em to the wall, not that i want that, i love netflix but i hate liars. I could be wrong, it could somehow be an accident, but, im not making up how few of the things i watch get checked off as watched
