I have been eating Xylitol for years instead of sugar

WARNING - keep away from pets.

in my search to find a non aspartame gum, i found one with xylitol. it is really the only one i found and i am thankful for it...

aspartame is poison.

that reminds me! germany made fuel for their military in ww2 from coal. in a highly sophisticated process. the result??? same or better fuel then the allied had.
