Don't You Think???

OK, let's say hypothetically that the Mayan's Doomsday date and time of 12/21/12 11:11 UTC happens to coincide with the start of tribulations in the Bible or some other important revelatory event? OK, I was wondering in that everyone is in different time zones, why would it be 11:11 UTC wouldn't it be 11:11 Israel time, the center of the Biblical universe? Just wondering. Any thoughts?
