And once again there is the number 26!! Maybe this is the real meaning-IOU- of them. 26 has been haunting me for months now.

Is that the white part? Is that the artists signiture?

The O stands for OWL and the word OWL can be found on the figure with the knife in its back. That black center creature with the blue circle is obviously an owl. The word ACE can be found below the red letter C and I could go on all night with this.

It shows a specific calendar and how to read it so one knows "the day" and "the hour".

The card displays the manual to read it.

The card depicts a woman/teacher with what appears to be virtual reality glasses on. One student has a large knife in his back, one looks like an alien, one a devil , a couple of robot looking creatures.

The net says something to the effect that Universities, especially here in the USA force an IOU on all of its students. They are forever in financial debt with student loans, alumni loyalties that are demanded and things of that nature.

THEY WILL NEVER BE FREE after attending a University. They are perfectly programed, acclimated and indoctrinated to do the bidding of TPTB.

And someone please tell me what the "O" stands for???
