Another year of gains for gold. I was beginning to wonder if this was the year gold would see a lower close than the previous year. Hasn't happened so far in this bull market. Beating the govt's inflation rate by 3X. Not too bad for a worthless rock.

Yeah...I noted how it beat stated inflation by 3x but thats not why I save in gold and silver. Calamity insurance sounds closer to my view. I dont think we'll be seeing gold take off for another 3-9 months but I also thought we'd see a lot higher gold this year too. So, WTFDIK?
