Stay away from people take tylenol for pain and aches get some charcoal from the store or your wood stove it does not matter as long as it is not the kind you buy to cook on. I get mine from my wood stove. Anyway a small piece of charcoal absorbs poisons from your body and you pass them out. Charcoal has saved my life and other people that we have given it too. Also if you have severe cramping in the gut rub castor oil on the area.I guarantee it will take the cramping away. It is a miracle oil. Keep everything clean wash hands often. I use thieves oil to kill germs. Rub a little on your hands after washing or touching anything put a little in a spray bottle with couple drops of dishwashing liquid fill with water and this will kill germs anywhere it goes. It is awesome. You can make a tea with the thieves oil a couple of drops or even 1 drop in a cup hot water with some honey.It was used by theives in the plaque days to keep them from the plaque. We are entering those days again. People beware and get prepared to take care of your own.
