You know this legendary actor who played MOSES in The 10 Commandments (Charlton Heston) was chosen by DeMille because his granite face features were like Michelangelo's statue of Moses with horns. Actually in Hebrew the Exodus account refers to horns of light probably St. Elmo's fire which happens in the top of some mountains and in ships or airplanes, som ekind of bluish/green light. In some animals the light comes out from their ears and horns. That was probably the reason Moses had to remove the sandals.
Of course Heston also played Michelangelo himself in The Agony and Ectasy with REX Harrison as the Pope.
At the end of 10 Commandments everyone kneels to Moses in a speech talking about Moses being the TORCH and proclaim LIBERTY to all people and he rises up his hand like Statue of Liberty which was ISIS EGYPTIAN GODDESS. Now, at the very last scene of original Planet of the Apes the same Heston kneels before "her". In 2001 version of the film he doesn't appear in the credits but after 12 hours to put the make-up on him he played the old CHIMP called ZAIUS (ZEUS) like the orangotango of the original film and we see this time the APE'BRAHAM LINCOLN FREEMASON STATUE which mimics Zeus temple being the columns the ribs... (the word 'heart' is enhanced in that scene).
Now in the film TRUE LIES he wears the one-eye patch while HORNS OF LIGHT are visible...
