One night all alone a guy walked in holding a rolled up news paper, looked around a bit, walked up to the counter and said, "You know, somebody could just walk in here and rob you." To which my step-dad replied, "That's why I have this", as he brought his 1911 up from underneath the counter and set it down. The guy took off running and never came back. My step-dad never even pointed it at the would be robber or threatened the man. Just revealing that he was armed was enough. If they remain quiet under such misconceptions it is a lethargy, the forerunner of death to the public liberty... Let them take arms... What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots & tyrants. " - Thomas Jefferson in 1787 |

The libs want us to think that every time a gun is pulled out, someone dies. It's a ridiculous argument. If I worked at a gas station, especially at night, I would certainly be armed. I'll bet that guy never thought about robbing another gas station. Wake up, oh sleeper, and rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you |
