if the country is in turmoil from internal affairs then US may have to go in and secure those nukes after all and there is no sugar coating that one...... A controlled military response has got to be the dumbest shit I have ever heard off when one pops the other it will get bigger and bigger, its like saying a controlled fall from 6000 ft with no parachute or anything, its gonna end bad
