Quoting: AncientDust I have no doubt. That agenda can be seen clearly in the media. It's part of scaring people into compliance. When fear and terror are used to get people to comply, it should tell the people who they are dealing with and what they are complying to. I referred to this very thing earlier: The newly defined "Authority Opposition Disorder" applies to those who openly or in seclusion oppose authority figures (regardless of how they were put there), to include OPPOSITION TO, OR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE US GOVERNMENT either openly or in seclusion. This will be used to classify every single one of us who disagree with the government, their position(s), or actions in order to disqualify the "legal" ownership of the tools of self protection and preservation - and yes, we really need to start calling them what they are. The 2nd Amendment has no qualification for exercise, yet is designated as "...Endowed by The Creator". They can write all the disorders, labels, 'laws', statutes, regulations, and codes they want. It doesn't change the fact that Natural Law is the only true law. A government that allows and permits hundreds of poisons to be put into the food and body products is going to label me as mentally ill? Governments and organizations that use terror, fear, deception and trickery are going to call me mentally ill? I wouldn't want to be called sane in an insane world. I also think that Trinity and the MODS should consider scrambling the IP addresses of subscribers rather than recording them. Most government agencies today have software that will spit out your name, address, phones, and other personal data - simply from punching in your IP address. So connecting your beliefs and positions on various issues with who you "really" are is not any challenge for the government and little for anyone in the private sector, either. A friend of ours owns a bar. He was buying cases of liquor at Costco, using his personal membership card and paying with his personal Costco Platinum Amex. Often times when various high end liquors were on sale, he could get better prices per ounce from Costco than he could from his wholesale sources. The ATF came to visit him and audited him and his register tapes. They found that he was collecting and paying out required taxes on liquor sold that came from his wholesale companies - but not on the liquor bought at Costco and sold by the drink. He owed about $8000 in unpaid liquor taxes and sales tax on those drinks. However, they fined him another 50,000. He hired an attorney and after spending almost $100k, he got the fines thrown out. He still had to pay the original $8000 however. And they've audited him every years since. Cute, eh? When he asked one of the agents how they knew about it, they told him the liquor purchases on his personal Costco membership were high enough to trigger their "alarm bells". When they checked the state liquor licenses and found he owned a small bar as well, they put two and two together. All together, he bought maybe $30,000 worth of liquors at Costco in a one year period. Apparently that was enough to set off their alarm bells. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 32346451 But who will Consider me an outlaw? I would be an outlaw in the eyes of a tyranical government, but I would be a law abiding citizen in the eyes of others. Who has the right to determine who is a criminal and who is not? In the UK if a burglar breaks into my house I am not allowed to hurt him, that would be illegal in the eyes of the law. But in the eyes of the public i would be a hero. That, for me trin, is tyranny. Couldn't have put it more succinctly myself, however even with the current laws, some arsewipe breaks into my house while I'm in he is going to have the fucking shock of his life, besides a large Akita round his throat he'll also have me to deal with, I won't call the police, don't think he'll be able to either if you get my drift |

I think I've made it clear where I stand. Those laws are not my laws and never will be. Quoting: 422 the only way i know how to answer this is with this question; in WW II NAZI Germany, it was against the law to harbor a jewish person in your home many Germans were themselves arrested for aiding a jewish person to stay out of having to go to the crematoriums and work camps to die a German had to make a choice at that time to turn in a jewish friend to the nazis and never see them alive again to live with a bad conscience the rest of their lives or ..... after the nazis lost that war, this law was void |

Illegal is not the same as unlawful, so technically you wouldn't really be an outlaw. They will harass, and arrest people for it, but there will definitely a lot of cases that get dropped. [link to www.amazon.com] or this one [link to www.amazon.com] The average professional in this country wakes up in the morning, goes to work, comes home, eats dinner, and then goes to sleep, unaware that he or she has likely committed several federal crimes that day. Why? The answer lies in the very nature of modern federal criminal laws, which have exploded in number but also become impossibly broad and vague. In Three Felonies a Day, Harvey A. Silverglate reveals how federal criminal laws have become dangerously disconnected from the English common law tradition and how prosecutors can pin arguable federal crimes on any one of us, for even the most seemingly innocuous behavior. The volume of federal crimes in recent decades has increased well beyond the statute books and into the morass of the Code of Federal Regulations, handing federal prosecutors an additional trove of vague and exceedingly complex and technical prohibitions to stick on their hapless targets. The dangers spelled out in Three Felonies a Day do not apply solely to “white collar criminals,” state and local politicians, and professionals. No social class or profession is safe from this troubling form of social control by the executive branch, and nothing less than the integrity of our constitutional democracy hangs in the balance.
