Re: I cured my nearsightedness with kale
...So lately I have been on a zero tolerance diet where I juice 16oz of organic vegetable juice every day and eat NOTHING in a package (that is the zero tolerance part).

I avoid all dairy and wheat and all snack products, but most importantly, my juice includes 3 or 4 large kale leaves and 1.5 lbs of carrots...The difference in my health is dramatic, but I did not expect to wake up one morning and notice how dirty my shower floor is. That was the first step.

...After 3 more day, I woke up and the shower filth was eve...

Re: I cured my nearsightedness with kale
Nearsightedness isn't caused from diet, and therefore can't be cured from it...
 Quoting: BRIEF

^^THIS^^, kinda.

I'm near-sighted and have been for most of my life. Near-sightedness is caused by stress and tension in the muscles that control the focus of the eye. Those stresses cause the eyeball to flatten from front to back and move the focal point of the eye lens to behind the retina.

I can see where incidental stressors might be a factor, because I've noticed that under increased stress, my vision sometimes blurs. I haven't done any research so this is just speculation on my part, and I'm not giving it a complete thumbs up, I'm only saying it sounds reasonable.

I have also heard, if you are terribly near-sighted (I'm 20/200 in one eye and 20/50 with an astigmatism in the other) you may see a decrease in strength of your near-sightedness prescription during the onset of presbyopia, due to the fact the muscles of the eye weaken at that time. This was the case for me.

Just mi dos centavos.

If you have a frequency generator, these are some frequency's for nearsightness:
Years After curing my md, macular degeneration,
The doc said I need a new prescription for glasses. Instead of buying new lenses I tried these frequency's, When I went back he told me my eyes were better, they've
gone back to the original prescription, glaucoma pressure has come down 3 points, where the drug brings it down 2%.. Pretty miraculous also.

Eye_disorders (blurred vision, cataracts, crossed eyes, diplopia, infections, etc.) - 10000, 2010, 1831, 1830, 1829, 1600, 1552, 1335, 880, 787, 727, 496, 400, 360, 350, 160, 20
Eye_inflammation (also see General antiseptic) - 1.2, 80
Eyelid_droop (use Ptosis)
Eyes_glaucoma - 1600, 1830, 880, 787, 727

This too much $$ to pay. I use the VariZapper/gamma

The Gamma is closer to $529 up to $584. program up to 1 million frequencies.Works Fine...
The Varizapper without the gamma module $279.00, excepts pre promgram cards. for a diseases,ex. md program z736 plug this in the zapper, contacts on the temple area, press the button. It automaticaly shuts off at the end of the session, as with any disease. Program drivers are $15.00 ea.

You can upgrade later. gamma module is around $418.00

These are well worth it., Texas Instrument makes these.
Last a long time.

:allseeingeye:
Kale is great, and eating it along with other vegies can help to heal cavities too.

and not to deny the possibility of exercises and diet, but...

The average person who is nearsighted will have the condition gradually improve over the decades until they are at 20/20, and, then they will start to get far sighted, where far away objects remain 20/20 but not able to focus on close objects.

I was rather nearsighted when I was young and the myopia gradually improved to a point where I hit 20/20 in my late 40's, and now I am gradually getting far sighted.

...oh, and correctional lenses have always made my eyes weaker the more hours per day I use them, but you have to sometimes.

Re: I cured my nearsightedness with kale
Most and I mean the vast majority of the problems people have are NOT genetic. True genetic problems that can't be fixed by any other means are incredibly rare, contrary to what most people think is common knowledge.

That being said OP is right on track. I recently started juicing vegetables and fruits and eating the juice for breakfast and lunch and then having a very healthy portion of meat and a vegetable for dinner and I have never felt better. I make one small pitcher that is enough for 2 days. You don't want to keep the juice in the refrigerator for longer than that as you will start to lose a lot of the vitamins and nutrients the longer it sits there after about 48 hours. The instant you take a big gulp of the juice you can feel it through your whole body. I have noticed so many improvements in my health and my appearance in such a small amount of time. I will never go back to the way I used to eat. Also as great as vegetables are I don't think it is healthy to completely skip out on meat. If you really feel you must skip all meat make sure you take a good vitamin k supplement. Vitamin K deficiency is a major cause of heart attacks for vegans.

If you aren't a huge fan of vegetables and fruits juicing is the way to go. I mix all kinds of weird vegetables with some oranges and apples and no matter what I put in it, it always tastes great. I'm talking vegetables that I can't stand the taste of on their own. Once you feel the difference you will avoid your old foods just from the memories of how bad your body used to feel. And you can always have an occasional burger and fries if you feel like you are missing out. Sprinkle a little pink Himalayan salt into the juice as well.

Avoid all flour, HFC, processed foods, most breads and sugary drinks.

Oh I forgot about the additional tricks that people with contacts can use. With your contacts in, you can use any diopter of + reading glasses for the task at hand. Then, if you need to see clearly, you just remove the glasses.

So, around the office or studying you can wear a pair that just barely allow you to study or do your job, but then you can look over the top of them and see the great ass on the chick down the hall or whatever :P

Ultimately, you want your "computer" prescription to become your regular prescription and ever couple months you walk it down another .5 diopters or more. Then one day, you will be able to leave the house with NO corrective lenses at all - this is about 20/40 or so. Your vision will be MUCH better in broad daylight than at night.

True 20/20 vision is only when you can see razor sharp at night... this takes some real work.

Anyway, good luck!

There is mounting evidence that diet does play a part - carbs, and particularly over consumption of wheat products. Studies are showing that in countries such as China, where the population has begun eating wheat (when it wasn't a dietary staple in the past), at a certain point in youth, the children are susceptible. They are also finding certain breeds of dogs who are eating wheat products are starting to go near-sighted also (labs specifically mentioned).

I stopped eating wheat last summer. I went to the eye doctor for my annual check-up 1 1/2 weeks ago and my eyes have improved significantly.

KALE:

you'd be stupid NOT to eat it.

Detoxification and Weight loss

The fiber (5 grams in one cup) and sulfur in kale aid with digestion and liver health. The Vitamin C it contains hydrates your body and increases your metabolism, leading to weight loss and healthy blood sugar levels. The fiber in kale also lowers cholesterol.

Strengthen your Immune System

The vitamin A and C in kale improves your immune system and fights off viruses and bacteria. So if you feel like you’re getting a cold, add some kale to your diet. Kale has more iron than beef, making it a great source of this valuable mineral for vegans and vegetarians. It helps more oxygen get to your blood and greatly helps those who are anemic.

Healthier Hair, Skin & Nails

The healthy balance of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids keep your body strong, healthy and beautiful from the inside out. Kale gives your skin a beautiful hue as well as preventing wrinkles and loose skin. This green also protects your skin from UV rays.

See Clearly and Stand Strong

Vitamin A keeps your eyes from optical diseases that come with age. It also helps store vitamins in the retina. The calcium and vitamin K and D keep your bones strong. And if you have stiff joints, the Vitamin C keeps them flexible.

Anti-inflammatory

The omega-3 fatty acids in kale help fight and alleviate arthritis, autoimmune disorders and asthma. The vitamin C provided helps relieve stiff joints and makes them more flexible and less painful.

Fighting Disease

Kale aids in releasing toxins in the body that can cause and lead to life-threatening diseases. It helps fight off and alleviate various cancers, especially colon, prostate and ovarian. The vitamin K helps with Alzheimer’s disease as it may forestall the effects of mental aging. The folic acid and B6 provide cardiovascular support and prevent heart disease.

Re: I cured my nearsightedness with kale
People have to realize and understand that so many of these illnesses, diseases, all these problems such as poor eyesight, hbp, type2 are (most likely) just the symptoms of some other bigger problem with the body. These symptoms (such as poor eyesight) are secondary to something else, something bigger, something which is primary.

So the underlying cause of the illness is what you must go after.

That is what most on here are trying to say, that poor eyesight for the most part is secondary to something else. Once you get the body in good health, eating correctly, toxin free, then all these other things take care of themselves, start to go away on there own.

Please elaborate on what you mean by the "dirtiness" of the shower floor...Do you mean after/whilst showering, you noticed dirt or dead skin cells washing off your body?
I am confused by this part.
Or, do you mean that your eyesight was better, and you could notice the soap scum/mold on the shower floor, which you had not noticed before?

Also, these eye exercises, do you do them out of a book, or do you follow along with youtube exercises? If you or someone you know has Bell's Palsy, there are a plethora of great videos on youtube which show how to exercise and massage the facial muscles to encourage regeneration of the palsied (aka paralyzed) muscles!

Please do explain the dirty shower bit though, I am interested in what you have to say further! Thank you!

Re: I cured my nearsightedness with kale
I have noticed this past year that I am becoming farsighted. I have an appointment next week to see just how bad it is. I can't see shit that is fine print unless it is a good foot and a half away from me. Then everything is clear. I wonder if I increased the amount of what ever, it would help. I just assumed it was because I was hitting 40, so I expected shit to start falling apart. This fine tuned car just isn't as fine tuned as I thought :(

It's a bitch isn't it?

I started noticing that problem last year. Kinda made me feel bad for laughing at my sister and parents all these years for having that problem.

I have astigmatism as well but that's been a problem since I was little.
And the LORD spake, saying, "First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin, then shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shall be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who being naughty in My sight, shall snuff it.

I am an evil giraffe, and I shall eat more leaves from this tree than perhaps I should, so that other giraffes may die.

So if you eat too healthy do you go farsighted then? Diet has nothing to do with your eyes. There are people who are obese and eat lots of junk and have 20/20 vision.
