(OP) User ID: 32645211 United States 02/05/2013 05:05 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Somebody on another sinkhole thread claims to have seen a Brazilian aircraft fly over the sinkhole. Which, in my opinion, would be nothing unusual. New Orleans Int'l Airport isn't that far from there. Think there was a lot of "conclusion" jumping going on there. Mark 13:20 And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect's sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days. “Things fall apart; the center cannot hold.” Yeats |

I have family throughout Louisiana, mostly Beau & Calci Parishes, tho. It does seem to have been "lost at c:\\ " with general news stations. Or down played to one extent or another. For some reason, I keep feeling when it does flash, Texas Brine and respective insurance companies will claim "Act of God". Too cynical, yes? Please keep posting what you come across. I hope you & yours stay safe! Apocalypse: All shall be revealed. And all shall be revealed. ******* All Human Beings are Human. Not all Humans are Human Beings. ******* |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 26165384 Something is causing the floor to rise. Either: oil filling the void, or methane or some other gas or earthquake activity deep in the ground, and none of those are good for the vicinity and the occupants. The salt domes are possibly all connected at the very bottom, and no one really knows where or far down the bottom is. Pockets of oil and gas can be found right next to the salt domes and if the domes are collapsing and "melting" in on themselevs, all of these substances are combining/mixing in a toxic and or combustible soup. Not to mention the unexpected earthquake activity in the vicinity. Also storage of other hazzardous substances in some of the other salt domes, and ammunition bunkers, gas pipelines, and nuclear waste disposal sites nearby. We know this is a big disaster waiting to happen. . Are the salt domes there because it used to be under sea water? Was it an old inland sea like Salt lake? Will it be again...soon?.... |

It was the Gulf of Mexico. This is Delta down here, built up from the flooding of the Mississippi over hundreds of thousands of years. Freedomrox User ID: 29910246 United States 02/05/2013 08:18 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | First, allow me to quite some misconceptions. I do run a blog focusing on the Bayou Corne Sinkhole, but I do not live anywhere near there. I used to have friends that lived in Belle Rose, and their kin lived in Bayou Corne. All have since left the area. They are all now in Napoleonville. This is what drew me into this whole fiasco to begin with, and I saw patterns and added the 'Stinkhole' as resident's have termed it, to the first article written on the subject. Once my friends left; I found I could not in all good conscience turn my back to the cover-ups and rampant corruption entangled within the section of Louisiana, and that includes Lake Peigneur. Whether you think anything about a huge fracture in the earth caused by a 'fracked out' bottom of a Salt Cavern, that created the subsidence sinkhole, should not blind any of us to the environmental disaster taking place in this once sleepy little bayou. Once an investigative eye is turned onto the shenanigans of several corporations, who have deliberately broken State and Federal laws and placed the entire area of the State of Louisiana in grave jeopardy, then a web of lies and greed takes shape. That's what my blog is for, as well as attempting to save the Gulf of Mexico, and I never give up. I write to expose the crimes, the cover-ups, corruption, and even the causes, physically, geologically, hydrodynamically, of a National Disaster that could easily spread far beyond it's borders. Remember that oil, natural gas, NGL, and propane gas lines dominate this area and involve most of the southeastern and southwestern seaboards. If you want constant updates, then this is the place to go to: [link to lasinkhole.wordpress.com] I can always be found there, or at: [link to enenews.com] Every time I post here I get banned for some reason, but I do hope this one message gets through. This is not an everyday run of the mill sinkhole. It is an accidental oil field, and it threatens much more than a few bayous. Thanks for your time and attention. |

We have to come together to help our fellow man, or we are surely doomed. My favorite article was this one, as the proof is irrefutable. [link to freedomrox.wordpress.com] If we all work together and call La. Gov. Bobby Jindal's Office and demand action, and accountability, then we can make a difference. This is a National Emergency. |
