Everyone so frantic, miserable? Lighten up, people!
My hubby and I have literally lived through hell.
Death, near-death, monetary strife, hard work, and
more death.
We go out today, to do taxes.
Tax guy is so suspicious of my true tale,
asked repeatedly if I supported my kids last year.
I told him 4 times.
OK, we worked it out, I think he is Ok with me.
Go to the restaurant, everyone is short with us,
except for one busser, we are going back to give him a special tip, he was so cheerful and helpful.
Saw a person at a shop who I always admired, opened the door to tell her Hi.
She starts yelling
"You smoke, you are a bad person."
I saw her open the door again, thinking I must have misheard her I told her
"I hope your machine got fixed."
She yelled "Get away, you are smoking." I was 15 feet away.
I won't shop there any more after 10 years.
Next went to market, everyone running around frantic, just frantic.
One guy was really dashing about and talking fast and loud, assistant mgr. of something.
Get to the checkout, he is now checking.
SO frantic and hyper! Can't make conversation with anyone, they are all miserable and frantic.
He sent us out while yelling to two other people about something, we shuffle out.
Saw a window washer guy who I always pay to wash my windshield. At least he works. Paid him a compliment about how others demand money, yet he works hard for a dollar. He just grunted.
Usually he will say G-d bless you.
What the heck is everyone so dang frantic and miserable about?
It's only life!
Live, work, pray, care, eat, sleep, poop.
Does everyone have to be so frantic and miserable?
Reminds me of the Superbowl, and other entertainment lately,
so FRANTIC, is the only word I can think to describe behaviors on Media, the road, in the shops, in general!
In response to such I can only cultivate and advocate more
Peace. Courtesy. Mercy. Graciousness. GRATITUDE,
and, Love one another!
My brothers and sisters, I ask that ye go in peace, and in courtesy, and in
Gratitude. Life's hard enough.
Or as someone said
"Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof."
They say it is Matthew 6:34
