as long as EVERYONE on the planet who relies on electronics is kept up to speed with all possibilities, we can ride it out. when an event is imminent, all power can be knocked off, emergency broadcasts can warn people to knock off their cars, trucks mobile devices etc, and we can ride it out

if they keep shit covered up till the last minute, chaos will rule, because the majority will ignore warnings because of the cry wolf shit we have all seen this past decade.

That's exactly the point. You knew about it 2 years ago which means many others did, too, some in the government(S) that are supposed to be protecting all the "little" people like us. Where is that protection? Or are these governments leaving protection off the table, wanting chaos to occur so they can bring in their troops to "quell the disturbances?"
