I need to find some of those spray vitamins in Canada. Vitamins in pill forms often upset my stomach, causing nausea. A few "multi-vitamins" have caused vomiting on occasion.

I've had nausea from vitamins too, and I figured out that it's unbuffered ascorbic acid that does it to me.

I take everything separately, and have been switching to liquid and powder forms to avoid fillers and accommodate my boyfriend who won't take pills.

Sex education is now being taught when our children enter school, but not a word about antioxidants, how they work or how to protect oneself against free radicals which are the natural way to prevent diseases. The food that is being served in schools and in our restaurants would not be there if our children and ya'll were aware of how serious this problem is. They would not eat it which would force the schools to change and our restaurants would also. Change requires education, education then needs to be put into action, it becomes a life style, a habit, which in this case reaps an abundant healthy life for our children grand children and great grand children, and us.

This is brilliant!

¼ cup each, sunflower seeds and cashews soaked in water overnight

1/3 cup water

1/4 cup lemon juice

½ tsp sea salt

1 small clove garlic

1 tsp prepared or ¼ tsp dry mustard

½ cup oil (cold pressed)

Grind seeds and nuts first if your blender is not very strong. Place all ingredients except oil into blender and process on high until smooth. As blender is running pour olive oil slowly and process until thickened. Use immediately as a dip or spread on sandwiches or refrigerate for future use. Our favourite way of enjoying this is as a dip with lots of fresh organic carrots!

I'm a lot older than 50 grew up with a mom who is a dietitian, have always read and semi practiced good eating habits as I found out about them. Been a ethical vegetarian since 1998, I read the last studies on heath issues, they are changing all the time.
I am a Nazoraion, Yahoshua was a Nazoraion, they never have eaten meat for ethical reasons. The food we all eat is polluted I know that, which is more reason to be careful what you put into your body.

I take about 15 antioxidants daily to help reduce toxic exposure due to chemtrails. I only learned of chemtrails about two years ago, but am happy to say I have been taking most of these vitamins for many years due to hearing about their remarkable effects for controlling asthma.

Notice it say every remes that is alive shall be food for you, What is remes. After a long rain or standing water drains what is the first thing that pops up? Mushrooms. remes that is alive food is what was given to Noah.
Read the next verse
Genesis 9:4 "Only you shall not eat flesh with its life, that is, its blood.
Now if you ate remes that is alive and it was flesh it would contradict verse 4.

We now know that mushrooms are a powerful antioxidant. They are in the family of remes.

The first time remes is mentioned in Genesis

This video is from Dr Greger it is a 2010 study on all the latest studies done on meats and a healthy life style. The update on this video is chicken, now we know that endotoxins can not be cooked out of chicken.
This is a good study and helps you understand why and how meats make us sick...even if you touch meats in the grocery store.

I have a milk wheat, GMO corn and soy allergy. I get headaches with milk and severe pain in my lower back the second day I eat a wheat product. Any one of ya'll if you have these problems can go on an elimination diet take one of the foods you think you are having problems with and don't eat them for a couple of weeks, add one of them back for a few days if the symptoms return then you know it is that food. Add back the next food to your diet and on and on.
This is what they do in the health clinics, it will save you lots of money and time away from work.

Hypochlorhydria - lack of stomach acid - can cause lots of problems

This is a common problem with people as they age, and some people simply cannot produce stomach acid, it is overlooked by the medical profession and after you read this article you will see many secondary problems arising, one of them being lack of vitamin B12 absorption , failure to absorb trace elements, also failure to sterilize the stomach contents, which I will write about later.. The deficiencies in B-12 did not correlate with meat, poulty and fish in the diet, even those these foods are the typical source of B-12. According to Dr. Tucker, "It's not because people aren't eating enough meat," Tucker says. "The vitamin isn't getting absorbed."

Hemp is one of the most versatile and durable fibres known. Hemp was grown and used by the founders of the United States, and throughout our history - until midway through the 20th century. Hemp is an annual plant that can grow well in many climates, is easy to grow organically (Hemp requires no fertilizer and is naturally repellant to insects), and which replenishes the soil, as opposed to depleting it like many crops do. Hemp produces fibre from the plant itself which can be used to make paper and plastic (Henry Ford built a car out of Hemp plastic, and his tests proved it to be much more durable than petroleum based plastics!) as well as cloth. The seed of the Hemp plant is an extremely nutritious food, and can be used to produce oil.

Hemp is not grown in the US because it is related to marijuana. The US government thinks that if it allows Hemp production, marijuana production will rise, so it is illegal for farmers to grow it. It is even illegal to have seeds that will germinate (Hemp seeds imported into the US are supposed to be heated or treated - to kill them - so they won't germinate.) in the US! Ironically, if the US allowed Hemp production it would devastate the marijuana growers, who fear pollination of their plants. Hemp pollen travels farther than most so it would in fact threaten marijuana production! The politicians as usual have their heads in the sand. Their specious arguments agains Hemp are based on ignorance or deception - for what reason we know not. They do not understand that this plant is a sustainable wonder - which is funny because George Washington and Thomas Jefferson wrote quite adoringly of it! Thankfully our neighbors to the north - Canada are, as usual, ahead of us - they are aware of the benefits of hemp, so farmers are now cultivating it there. We hope this sanity soon spreads south of the border - to the US!!!

We hope to have Hemp Seeds (which taste fantastic raw and as sprouts) in the not too distant future! Wake up America - Hemp is NOT pot!
