A strong winter cyclone to impact London, Paris and Milan!!! Heavy Snow across east London Now!!!

The storm will bring just enough cold air with it to lead to some moderate snowfall across the Midlands of England as rain mixes with snow Sunday night around London.

For London itself, any accumulations will be limited to a slushy coating to an inch (2.5 cm). Across the Midlands snowfall can accumulate 2-4 inches (5-10 cm) with local amounts of 6 inches (15 cm), making travel slow and dangerous.

This same storm will be responsible for some snow around Paris into Sunday night with any accumulations being generally less than 2 inches (5 cm).

The biggest impacts from this storm could be felt across southern Europe where the storm intensifies and drops heavy snow in the Alps and across northern Italy.

Right in the middle of this storm will be Milan, the second largest city in Italy. Snow is expected to begin Monday morning with the heaviest snowfall expected Monday afternoon into Monday night. In all, 6-12 inches is expected in and around the city, which would make this one of the biggest snowstorm to affect the city in recent years.
