How do you know you're really being abducted?

Maybe it's just a hypnagogic hallucination?
Have you totally discounted that possibility?

Have you ever been abducted from like, your car or during the day when you're just cooking up some tasty dinner?

Yes, I had experiences in the car. I was driving once with two friends and we all lost an hour of time and the front a rear passengers had switched spots instantly. We all felt really disorientated and were freaked out. also when I was a teenager a friend at a sleep over said he saw a large preying mantis in the room right in front of the doorway and was white as a sheet the next morning. he said it had a black cape with a purple strap and was nearly seven feet tall. I have seen the exact same description years later in abduction research material.

I in addition I have awoken with blood from one nostril , strange markings, have seen blue light coming thru the window. have had similar stories from family members even though we never talked about this. there are literally hundreds of small strange coincidences or anomalies that taken together that this is going on. Also, just feeling ill to the point of disorientation just looking at a typical grey picture when I was a child at the bookstore seeing communion...I won't go into every story but there are at least twenty strange experiences... That I can feel I had missing time.. Was somewhere else... That I saw strange lights Etc etc this stuff is real unfortunately...:(

I don't mean to derail (your question about messages) but have you ever tried getting repressed memory retrieval?

Like via hypnosis or something?

When you are abducted where are you taken? Like a ship?
