A woman near me still gets a monthly supply. This is in central Iowa. The 300 joints come in a can (like a coffee can). My friend's grandfather also used to get joints from the US Govt. This was about 30 years ago. The patients are supposed to keep the joints in a safe. My friend's grandfather was too blind to open the safe, so it was always open. We were too young to want to steal any, though. |
