Bankers provide lots of campaign funding. Congress gets info to do insider trades. And the banks threatened to collapse the economy and institute martial law during the 2008 crisis and that's probably an ongoing threat as well. So, they are a hard bunch to go after.

Perhaps a more personal christian 'eye-for-an-eye' approach would work... :)
