Quoting: TraderRob I don't know but with big vehicles like that there's about 10-15 feet of road invisibility directly in front of the vehicle simply because you are high off the ground. It is possible it was deliberate though, looks like the dog was just a puppy. Poor thing.

Can't tell where the vehicle started out -- that is off screen -- but that could have been a small child and he is responsible for making sure he was in the clear. On top of that, it almost looks like he turns his wheel a little to the left... as if he was aiming for it. At the very least, he was highly negligent... Have a nice day = GFY. VIDEO Yeah cant prove it was on purpose, but that person should now be provable to not be an aware enough driver to deserve to drive vehichles for the state or whoever.
