I have had some, what felt like 'little miracles' occur and lately they have picked up in pace. I experience them and then compact them and ground, wash/rinse/repeat. So yeah, lately it's been like "thank you sir, may I have another".

Most important thing is that you are being open, that you are allowing yourself to share your inner feelings. These feelings are your TRUE feelings, and these feelings you should always hold dearest. This is whats on your mind these days, THIS is you, this is the one you want to be.

Right now you are, but you are also not, because you dont belive that you can be.

By that i mean you only allow yourself to express your inner feelings in certain situations. In some situations you ''deny'' your inner feelings because you feel its not ''appropriate'' to act them out. Have you for example been in situations where you wanted to say something badly, but you didnt because you felt it would be a little ''way out there'' ? So you ended up not saying it at all?

Its these situations which you ''ran away'' from which you miss the knowledge from.

Never deny your inner feeling!

Follow it in good AND in bad times and you will learn the truths you need to learn to go ''further'' =)

Sure have. I don't think I would have made it to where I am now if I had not done so. There's definitely a progression to it and situations seem to arise when the time is right.

I think its more about learning to live in the now, and that if you manage to do this the ''right way'', it will result in shaping the future into the one you want ''automatically'' =)

Here you go, make something positive out of this. So I take a Viet Nam Vetran to his car today to retrieve some property, because he has a bunch of knives that he can sell, because he can't afford to get his vehicle out of impound. So, I stand there and watch him, here a knife, a blanket, some clothes, because it is going to be cold tonight, and I tell him take one of his blankets. Then he finds some clothes and packs them in a bag, but he can't lift it, because he has had a stroke along his left side, so I tell him, put the bag down and lets re-pack it, because I know he has to catch the bus and carry all his things and his arm won't work. So we start over, the knives he can sell to maybe get his car out of impound (his home), the clothes he needs to stay warm, but can't carry because his arm doesn't work, so I make him put them on over his clothes, and the other arm is carrying all his paperwork from a lifetime of identity. He finds his false teeth and I asked him, who bought those for you? He says a church in Indiana.
Then I ask him, where are you going to stay tonight, can't you stay at a homeless shelter? He says no, they will take all my things and beat me up.
Then he tells me about three "gooks" he killed in
Vietnam, shot at five, killed three. He seemed proud, but I know that is what killed his soul - and no one told him so. People don't kill people over borders or gain and live to tell about it. He was so lost in his world.

I came to a point in my life, where i just had enough, enough of everything.

At this point i had done 4 years of intensly conspiracy researching. So i know how ''evil'' this world really is. It was an important understanding for me to get where i am today. I felt trapped, i needed a way out, one way or another.

What i knew was too big to supress, i needed to learn how to get it out.

So i just DID it!

I started stating my opinions whenever i FELT like doing so. I did this for months, and i can assure you i got in a lot of arguments. Some more loud than other, resulting a lot of frustration and anger.

During this time i started to see how hard it is to follow your inner feelings. I realised that i was more angry/negative now than ever, so i started to think a lot about my reactions, what my mood and feelings was like during these interactions.

I realised that fear is ONLY there to delusion me. Whenever i got angry, irritated, whenever i basically had a negative feeling while discussing someone, i lost the words i wanted to speak, my words got hidden by negative body language, i realised everything was easier when i was in a positive state of mind.

I realised it was KEY to everything =)

Once you TRULY learn how fear works, how to conquer it, and how to interact with it, then you will start seeing big changes! Your life is then free of ''limitations'' caused by fear. Easiest but maybe also hardest way of learning it, is just go out and do it! Learn of the ways you interact with people. Look at yourself from a broader perspective. Stop up and look at yourself from someone elses perspective!

Log off the internet!

A sad story.

I agree a lot with how you interpret his situation but let me tell you what i think =)

The brain works in pattern. If you tend to choose a solution often, your brain becomes aquinted with that ''solution'' and you then become more aware of the solution making you choose it more ''often''.

This has been proved by neuroscientists and is called brain plasticity or neuroplasticity.

Anyways, many people in this world gets trapped in very hard situations, like this soldier, situations where they have to deny some of their inner feelings, in a way supress what they feels is right.

In one way morale would be the right word, but its not, im talking about the feeling connected to morale, not the thought.

So when you supress and supress it becomes a pattern. A pattern is always hard to change, it can grow bigger and bigger, and the larger it gets, the harder it is to escape it. This is just an illusion, but its very hard to spot when you are ''in it''. And this is why many people who get in these situations just give up. They are blinded from the solutions because they have so much FEAR! A mindpattern working on fear! Fear is blinding, fear is THE supressor!

The only way to light up the solutions blinded by fear is to look at them in a more positive way.

This is why choosing love and allowing to be yourself at all times is SOOO IMPORTANT.

You can ''learn'' to live after fear, or love.

Most are inbetween because they dont see the full spectrum of side effects of supressing fears =)

Those things are there to shadow what spirituality really is.

The people who are talking about this has not yet seen the bigger picture. They havent lost their ego, they are in this for selfish reasons.

They are trying to make a ''religion'' of something that is not. They want you to follow, to dream, to stay where you are, to wait.

Spirituality is a PART of you, its you! Its knowing yourself! And letting YOU become yourself.

Nothing less, nothing more.

Its a tool! And you have to use it for what it is.

You are NOT waiting for someone to save you!

You are waiting for yourself to save yourself!

You are your spirit guide, your inner voice, you are all of it!

Listen to it in a POSITIVE state of mind and follow it!

Also this is NOT like many people think; its not about letting go, and surrendering to the ''elites''.

It never ever was...

Its about becoming strong enough to ''fight this fight''.

When you get strong enough you will understand that focusing mainly on the problems and not the solutions is whats stopping us.

People are looking at the negative, when we should look at the positive (the solutions).

This is the problem!

We have to change/help ourselves as individuals to create the UNITY we need to ''win this fight''.

Right now we are just fighting among each other, because we are filled with fear.

We dont see solutions, we see problems!
