Really ya'll should try making rejuvelac from hard corn.

I can get organic white and yellow hard corn... It produces A Sweet rejuvelac unlike any other.

I even got one to dry roast in my skillet to make soaked and roasted corn nuts. Very interesting... as I did not know there was Any variety of corn that can just be Dry roasted into corn nuts.. as long as you soaked them. But I found one!

can even make a mixture of corn and barley.. that would make an interesting rejuvelac.

I wonder if one can make a primitive raw kind of beer if one made it strong enough.

Also if one could find whole unhulled wheat seeds. Maybe one can try making rejuvelac from Unhulled wheat. But I tried one company.. but it was for feed and it seemed treated even though it was organic.

So you're going to have to find whole wheat seeds from seed companies and be able to buy bulk amounts to try this experiment.

maybe wheat is not the best to try though for this. Maybe one shd stick to unhulled barley.

Unhulled wheat seeds might be more dirty or something, who knows.

since barley is the actual malting grain.. called malt.

basically when you start to grind or crush the grains.. it'll make a stronger rejuvelac. And you can even try with corn.. that is often used as an adjunct in beer...

I know hop rejuvelac works. So one can make a really strong hop rejuvelac and it might be like a weak beer.

yeah I guess it's basically called chicha.. or raw chicha.

maybe a person can even mix.. cooked grains with raw. Or malt extract basically with raw grains who knows.

well TBH with you I might have invented flaxseed/chia seed rejuvelac myself, and others picked up on it. Lol I just remember trying to make it myself.

and really the amount of the grain depends on the grain itself also. If it's easier to swirl then I'll use less grain. The swirling seems important... Others use a spoon. I would probably only use a wooden spoon.. infact I did read that only a wooden spoon should be used to stir rejuvelac esp. in the way I am talking about. Stirring/swirling one or twice a day.

If you use soft wheat berries, with the wooden spoon you would crush some grains in the process of stirring everyday... making a stronger brew.
