I really recommend soaking/rinsing and draining TVP to get rid of any antinutrients. It works for the organic TVP I get because it has a lot of antinutrients...

Fried seaweed has anyone tried it? I actually tried frying seaweed myself .. but like I said it has to be limited because of the iodine content. once it's cooked it can affect the thyroid.. so maybe choose a low iodine seaweed.

and yeah dulse flakes already has an umami flavor..

Try sprouting them. I dont know if they sprout. But I recommend Unwashed poppyseeds for sprouting.

also Alpiste or canarygrass seed makes a Great vegan mylk. Especially if you sprout it.. the sprouts turn purple if you let it go a bit long.. and you'll get a pink mylk...

anyways, that last one had honey but I just post it for ideas......

You can make vegan honey with apples... apple syrup and even infused with flowers or herbs...

when you sprout poppyseeds you will wash them . It happens automatically.. That's why I suggest unwashed poppyseeds, and nonGMO...

there are actually a lot of . what seems to be GMO poppyseeds out there...

TBH you will have to experiment with how much washing is necessary. But washing them happens as you spout them so there is less of a risk of becoming "intoxicated" with them...

or one can fortify any vegan seed/grain mylk with atleast Soaked poppyseeds and it will add considerable amount of Zinc....
