If Obama wants to save 68Billion so bad WTF is he sending 65Billion to Syrian Rebels to fund a fucking Civil War half way around the world?

It's millions not billions (to Syria)
BUT
The US averages about $40 billion in foreign aid, and I would guess even more now with Obama sending fighter jets, tanks and such. Plus, there's no telling what the cost of these "non-war" operations are costing us sending troops in Mali, Libya, Syria, Egypt, etc.
Then of course you have the "war at home" coming soon, drones, tanks, bullets. Billions being spent there.
