I would guess by your OP that you are after a reasonable explanation about this whole debt situation. That will be problematic because NOTHING this .gov does is reasonable anymore. This country and the people who rule it with an iron fist are bat shit crazy these days.

The show must go on is why. Nobody wants to just admit that hey we DO have a money problem in the USA and start spending wisely, instead we put on this charade that everything is cool and we can still fund the muslim brotherhood, FSA, and the Zionists, along with all the rest of the 3rd world countries that always have that hand out looking for some worthless US dollars to prop up their own shitty economy.

I personally think the 3rd worlders do this so that at least their numbers don't look half as bad as things really are so their people don't revolt in these banana republics and hang the rich irresponsible people who get "elected" to office and drive around in sports cars while the people starve.

I guess we still think in this modern day and age that we can buy loyalty. Doesn't work like that anymore. I can see helping people who have just had a major catastrophe like a hurricane or major earthquake, but ask yourself this: When disaster strikes the USA who comes here to help us? Nobody really. But I guess we are still waiting for China to start becoming a human rights mecca and take over their shift policing and being the beacon of hope for the world. We'll be waiting a while.
