They have all done it. $60billion is total aid going out to all nations, $56 million of which is is going to Syria. Bush is the one who started sending it to Pakistan, India, and the rest of the Middle East in order to sell our multi trillion dollar "war on terrorism" throughout the area and get support through bribery.
