Hey don't listen to her. Valium is the only way. Valium has a long half life so u can get off with minimal symptoms. Check out the Ashton Manuel. Valium is no worse than any other benzo. They all are mind destroying but you will need Valium to get off Xanax. I had a friend who had died on xanAx back in 04. I didn't understand why he wAs always emotionally offset until I had this issue with klonopin. I got off with the Ashton method. Trust me. Look it over. It's about 60 pages. U will need a micro gram scale that weighs down to .000 grams- a thousandth of a gram, which will make it much easier instead of titration. But either will work. The only problem here, the harder thing will be getting Valium. I decrease half a percent of a percent every dose from the equivalent of 1mg clonopin which is equal to 20 mg Valium.
