It's simple, the physical building is simply a front to show how much of your precious city is being bought up by the bankers...

It's to push the idea on your subconscious that banks SHOULD be there. It's to get you used to always being around banks, which are, of course, run by jews. To change the status quo, you must first imagine the desired outcome. They want to prevent that by keeping you thinking that banks will always be around. (They won't)
