I think they sell them world wide, they had them here as well atleast =)

I never had any No Fear gear/clothes but i remember that i thought it was stupid :P Little did i know ^^

even when the devastations are so incredibly painful and the urge to live is weak, there will be something, might be one little thing, that will be a light in the dark. put all your attention on that one good thing, that one little light and that light will start to grow..... trust, stay focused, cry if you must, but always be thankful for that one thing and that one thing will turn into 20 things.........

It has given me new insights as to the meaning of "now" and "eternity" and why it is so important to live in the present moment, and follow your heart.

The links to Brian Greene's documentary about the nature of time (supported by science), as well as the links to meditative practices have solidified what I have spent my entire life coming to understand - the hard way.

The only thing we have is right now. THERE is our power - as creators, we create the future we want by being HERE, NOW.

But we have to clear our mind of fear and judgment, and follow our heart and find compassion and love.

That is the only way we can create the world we all know is possible, but seems to be so far out of reach.

It starts inside. "The Kingdom of God is within."

I will become what I deserve.

God I love that.

Living in the moment is not something that you have to learn, or understand.

You already know how to do this and most likely you do this several times a day, every day, already.

Imagine for example, that you watch tv or sit at your computer, you are just sitting there, you are not happy, you are not sad, you are ''not thinking'', you are just there.

When you are doing this, you are in a way sleeping, you are not aware of your existence. You are on autopilot or in sleep mode. You just are.

So lets imagine again, that you are watching tv or sitting at your computer, and that you are in this autopilot/sleep mode, but only this time you manage to spot it.

You simply snap out of it and acknowledge that for some seconds/minutes you where gone ''sleeping'' or driving away on autopilot. You spot it, and remember that YOU are HERE, and that YOU are in CONTROL. You choose to go out of it, to decide your own thoughts, and feel your own emotions.

Now maybe you dont see the difference between this and ''just thinking'', because i can assure you that there is a difference. You can think and not be in control, and you can think when you are in control. Your mind/thoughts can wander by itself without you controlling it, or you can control it yourself. Awake vs sleep/autopilot.

Living in the moment is all about control, to be aware that you are you, and that everything is always a choice. You simply have to be awake to make these choices and not just ''follow the actions of your body''.

And when thats said, not all about this is about learning how to find the ''state of now'' but its more about learning how to stay in this state. Its hard to stay in this state even for just a few minutes for most people who are ''unexperienced'' because they forget to focus about it, and they keep falling back to ''sleep''.

When i first started learning how to practice this i didnt see much relevance to it, but in a way i had already painted myself into a corner and had not many paths left to try so i decided to give it a try. And im glad i did, because it basically changed my entire life.

In the beginning i started out by doing it the times i was depressed or in a bad mood, i choosed to wake up and then i tried to reverse the situations, i started controlling them. I decided that its my choice, and that if i want to be happy instead of sad, that i can change this, right here and right now, if i just make the choice.

In the beginning this was quite hard but i kept pushing it and after some practice it became easier. I saw that i could change my mood IF i wanted and that it was just a choice. This kinda lit a spark in me so i tried to do it more and more often, in all kinds of situations.

Whatever thoughts and feelings i experienced i tried to make sure that i CHOOSED these thoughts and feelings MYSELF, and that they didnt just appear from a small moment on ''autopilot''. This is KEY to everything! Its so easy to accept the wrong thoughts, the ones ''you didnt create yourself''.

What i didnt know then but what i understand now is that something happend to me during this time.

I started living in the moment and i got more aware of EVERYTHING. And the more aware i became, the more consciousness i recived. The more conscious i was, the easier it was to understand my own fears and problems.

The more i understood my fears the easier it was to remove them.

The more fear i removed, the further i could dig into my own rabbithole of fear and as time went on, they started going one by one.

I reached a state where i now LIVED in the now, i made it a part of my perception, to always be awake, well not ALWAYS but MOSTLY.

After that a lot happend but shortly explained i ended up trancending my last fears and then the last and biggest fear, the fear of death.

When i removed my fear of death i woke up =) I cried like a baby because it was ALL OK! I realised that whatever happens, its okay, and that im not scared to be me, no matter what, even if i die doing it.

It was a beautiful moment and something i will never forget =)

YOLO...Really the moment? Having a hard time grasping the concept w/o YOLO? Hmmm, guess Im too shallow.

Too many crazy world events, too many crazy life events...As a DOD employee-Air Force/Air Nat'l Guard-and I've been deployed over 90 days overseas-since OCT, signed leave w/o pay & I'm gonna spend the rest of my sequester summer paying for deadbeats while I am shorted pay as an aircraft mechanic making less than the average joe-my life- guess I chose it. Ive already had weeks of leave w/o pay due to my overseas trips but will have to take more.

The "moment" is when you ask Jesus into your life, marry the love of your life-when your kids are born, when you tell uncle sam I'll give my life for this country. It's not about daydreaming. Move on and get a life.

This body has been living in the now for almost a year and it has been the most amazing year I've experienced yet.

Living in the now doesn't mean hiding away from negativity but embracing all experiences as just that; experiences. Once those have past they are in the past so those past emotions stay in the past.

My contract has just ended so for the first time in my life I'm out of work. My girlfriend lives 4,000 miles away in another country and my Nan just recently passed. As I look at these words I can only smile. My old body would be a wreck and in full panic mode. Living in the now you realise that fear is an illusion, a tool your mind uses to pull you down as low as possible because it needs each one of us to believe in the fear.

It doesn't matter if I have everything or I have nothing. Living in the now allows me to experience anything life throws at me with a smile and warm heart. The past has already happened, the future doesn't yet exist so worrying about either is pointless. The future can go in many directions but synchronicity seems to pour through my life when I live in the now. I just laugh sometimes at how incredibly the synchronicity is once my intent is given. A truly powerful combination!

I am more of an observer in this life than a participator but each day I try to bring into the now as many smiles or good deeds as I am able to do. A very quick recent example...

I was in a card shop waiting to pay for some cards. There were 10 people in front of me and a growing queue behind me. There was only one lady at the counter and she had two people in the queue causing delays. Everyone who paid did so complaining and shouting to "her" that they shouldn't have to wait so long to pay. It comes to my turn and I say, with a big smile, "It isn't your fault and you're doing an amazing job all on your own, be proud of yourself". She smiled and thanked me and still had the smile on her face as the fuming customers behind me started their rants.

It's the seemingly little actions that have the biggest impacts. More often than not you can make huge impacts to peoples lives with no costs to yourself.
