Yes.
Yes, she is! Most people would not risk the liability and this in itself means she is a genuine hero. Tell her my eyes have teared up knowing of her greatness.

Nurses & teachers are the most undervalued people in our society.

CONGRATULATIONS! To your wife and her friend, they sound like awesome people!

Re: My wife is my hero (saved two lives today)
She is home so I have more details.

My wife was in the right lane stopped for a red light. A car sped by her in

the left lane running the red light. It hit a van in the side and the van

rolled over on its side. They ran to the van and had to access it through

the back door. After pulling tools out of the way Alison got to the women in

the passenger seat who had a broken neck and was struggling to breath.

My wife ran back to our car and got a towel and brought it back to Alison who

tied it around her neck to support her head. The EMS took 15 minutes to arrive and

it took 15 more minutes for the two to be removed from the van. The male

driver was taken by helicopter to Charleston and he wasn't hurt as bad.

The women was a RN who had just gotten off work and her husband picked

her up from work. The women was in real bad shape and might not make it.
