I should also add that my father has been an officer for San Jose pd for over 24 years. Even he is planning on retiring early so that he can get the pension that he was promised before the mayor takes that away.
I have a theory as To why. San Jose is home to almost a million people. We only have 200 or so officers. I believe that the city of San Jose is forcing the current pd out so thay they can rewrite the contracts to include a smaller pension or take it away all together. I also believe there are massive lay offs because they want an even smaller police force so that when the riots come, and they will.. the city will have to be placed under martial law and be forced to call in the national guard. Just like the Rodney king riots in LA.

These shipments have been going on since this time last year. I just recently started taking notice as to why. I wish I could tamper with the bullets somehow. or even have some "fall off he truck". Oh well, im high tailing it to the mountains in a few months anyways. Get out of the cities while you can.

Dealers are starting to refuse to sell them guns, who knows when dealers will refuse to sell ammo to them.

I think you are a little confused about your ammo . FMJ or full metal jacket is a solid core projectile which in most cases penetrates and leaves with the same size or close to it . HP or JHP , hollow point or jacketed hollow point or even further, ballistic tip hollow points are designed to create impact and expand creating way more damage . Most of the time FMJ is reserved for practice ammo . Now if you were to be worried about DHS and the hollow point ammo they are stocking up on then I would agree that you have a valid worry .

Oops, my mistake. You are indeed correct. I have seen hollow points come through at UPS. I found 3 of them off the belt and decided to keep them. Ill take and post a picture.
