INFO about: Ear ringings, heightened vibrations, super natural capabilities and hugher contact.

Hi there.

After answering some topics on the ear ringing phenomenon, I decide to write my own topic on it, at best to help some people in need out.

So this is to all who experience this very very high pitch ringing in their head with a pressure like sensation accompanied with it, other discomfort such as cramps in your back manly between your shoulders CAN be experienced too.

I would like to share my view on the matter, also mainly because I experience it right now as I write this and in the last four months every day. Before I never really did for as far as I can remember.

But I strongly believe I understand why I experience it now, so I hope this can help other people understand more about it too.

Four years back I had a very big awareness awakening, not totally new to me, but till that time it had been dormant for many years. And the way it came back four years ago was the strongest ever.

After the awakening, I experienced in a very short time a lot of this new earth stuff you hear so much about.
The best thing is that you experience all of this all of the sudden and also understand most of it both at the same time. What a real awakening should be like, right?
Such as grasping the 4th dimension and the spirit realm that goes with it, that came by very vivid at that moment.
How everything is much more clearly connected in the 4th dimension was also very clear all of the sudden.
The Akashic records came by too, although at that time I didn't know that's what they where called, I understood it's function and importance.
The torus field around me was another one that I experienced, by that time I did some Kundalini yoga every morning for an our. Other practices where running, situps, doing kata's from karate at home. To release negative emotions.

Connection with nature and communication with all things around me was also a very strong one that couldn't be ignored or resisted.
I wanted more!

In the time after and specially last year, when i spend ours outside and in nature heightened sensitivity in daily life got pretty clear, I would know things going to happen or happening when normally you shouldn't.
Its like looking around a corner where most people (and myself too previously) can't.
Also communication on an energetic level became almost stronger then on a verbal level.
I've been paying real good attention to conversations in the last past years and noticed specially when things came down to it, reactions of co-workers could change during one short conversation from tense and uncertain to evened out and clear just by projecting stronger and clearer vibration. My body and facial expressions wouldn't move a muscle but the other person reacted exactly in line with the changed vibrations I projected about the subject we where discussing.

I got increasingly aware of this normally unnoticed energetic projections and messages we constantly send to one another.
To such a point that I started communicating more on this energetic level then on a verbal level, which openend me up further to how living in the spirit realm must be, but it also shows me now how an equal balance between the two must be kept of you want to grow. Something which I believe when mastered will lead automatically to the fourth and fifth dimension awareness.

So ideally physical form and energetic form communicate both in an equal level, which I hope to experience more in the near future.
I believe in these higher dimensions or states of being, what you think and feel is what you see, something not much or enough experienced in this 3D world.
But this is believed to be growing.

One last point about this energetic communication awareness:
I've noticed that this is the very same energy one uses (yes i say; uses and not; can use) to connect with someone telepathically. You already use it all the time over great distances (you know there is no rime and apace) but you are unaware of the fact that you are using it.
I've noticed how even on a phone call with someone my own energy and feeling could directly influence the vibe and course of the conversation without the slightest change in the tone of my voice.
Your gut (feeling) area has a lot to do with this.

So, not to get to much of track here, why all this information, and what does it have to do with ear ringing?

After some time I've now come to a point where I have fallen back quite a bit in my old patterns.
Somewhat to the person i was before I got this big awareness awakening. Of course its not a real fall back, also now I am observing and learning, but things sure feel like they can better.

Ever since due to heightened tensions on my work (which I myself might also have a big part in in sure) I quit my job at the start of Januari. Ever since then I experience this ringing in my ears.

And i know why. One word; RESISTANCE.
Although I'm sure not everyone would agree with me, but i believe this ringing is an important element of your true nature that should be ONE with you in order to not experience it's ringing and other physical discomforts anymore.
And so you can experience all of it's great properties.

I've read a article earlier today describing how this ringing is the frequency of the planet, known as the Schumann frequency.
And even how it connects with the universe and the Akashic records.
And how it even might contain alien or outer planet messages or upgrades.

From my own experiences it clearly is the frequency of the fine energy that connects us all. The tone and voice of the universe and true our nature that we always have been, are and will be.
So it sure enough is also the earths or Schumann resonance.

The claimed nature of this ringing by this article seemed completely to match with my own previous higher awareness and experiences.
And also explains to me why as I am hearing this ringing in the last four months, at this moment experience not much of my previous heightened awareness and abilities.

I can clearly feel how this ringing frequency is the physical distress of not being in contact enough with this previously higher state I was in.
Like a sudden rift or resistance to something I already accepted or understood.
Its that energy field I'm hearing.
It sure is still there as the same high state or layer, but I experience it from a distance, as in; i am not living it or synced with it right now, but I experience its after tone or echo as a high frequency in my physical body, not only in my head, but also in my back I can feel sensations of resistance which can result in cramps.

So, from my own resistance I experience my higher self screaming at me, ain't that something?
Screaming: listen you your self again, you are in great pain from rejecting your true being!!!

I realise that if I tune up the vibrations of my being again, I will match up with this ringing again and the ringing will disappear and the spiritual experiences will come back again.

Someone suggested to tune in to the ringing by meditating on it for an hour or so, by this way go deeper in it to learn about the deeper truth message that lays within this ringing. He said; you can see this ringing easily as a higher calling you have to respond to.
This sounds very sensible to me, since this frequency membrane if you will, is just a field you have to step into, to connect with that higher part of your self.

I'm very sure that once tuned into or accepting this ringing, the ringing will go away.
It truth it will not go away at all, but what really happens is that this higher frequency or vibration and your physical body will blend and match up, so the ringing will become a part of your body, and the ringing will go unnoticed from there on as a part of you, which it is.
And your consciousness will rise.

The ringing is the cosmic ocean with all its truth and information, and you will have to be the drop that responds to it and emerges it self in it.
Great spiritual awareness and growth can be experienced when you manage to do so I can assure.

Or to cut a long story short, just relax, have a balanced routine every day as much as possible, eat and drink healthy, (best organic vegan) be plenty in nature and take enough rest, and the basis is set and most of the work is done.

Most importand; this ringing should not even be heard on a regular basis and can only be there if you do something wrong in your daily routine, disconnection from (self) love, which causes stress accompanied with mentioned side effects. But the ringing isn't bad as long as you respond to correctly, then it will be can be a voice that guides you into a great new realm I guess.
And yes, this is also a note to myself ;)

I see this ringing only as a side effect of having a heightened awareness but at the same time not being well in balance and contact with your self/love.
