I get a sense, spiritually...Sunday night feels very heavy. Most folks back to work Monday. Sometimes I swear I can pick up on these bad vibes. Anyone else notice this?

I distinctly remember that feeling of real dread as a child.

Worst was when taking a bath on Sunday night.

I hated going to school.

Almost a panic feeling of WTF am I DOING HERE?

I do not get that feeling anymore but I did when I was younger and in school. You learn that it is not worth it but you have to go back. Sometimes it was overwhelming.

Sundays have always been depressing.

Back in the day when stores were all closed on Sunday was even worse.
 Quoting: natasha77

I always dreaded Sunday because of that when I was younger. It is depressing these days because I don't watch sports very often, and can't accomplish much in the way of business either.

I was working on Sunday, and that was actually okay. Now with the loss of one of my two pt jobs Sunday just drags on. Being broke makes it worse.

I live in NYC and travel the subways. Every time I leave the house, I get the almost overwhelming sense of dread that I might be stepping out to doom.
It sucks. I can barely stand it!

Re: That feeling of dread on Sunday night....
Reading this made me think a lot. I can relate to this same dread feeling and I realized just how comfortable misery has been the past few years. And you know what? I think it's time for change.

I'm taking time off tomorrow to call a prototyping company. See if they can make a production worthy version of a little invention I made awhile back. It's nothing fancy but I use it all the time and I know there is a market for it, just never followed through. Perhaps out of fear.

I think it's time I change my life from something I dread to something I look forward to. Some chances are worth taking I suppose.

Re: That feeling of dread on Sunday night....
I'm feeling it tonight. I used to like my job, but now ... I'm just so tired. This isn't what I want to be doing forever.

I'm sick of getting up early and driving to work with the rest of the slaves. I'm sick of being under someone else's thumb all day just so that I can earn enough money to live.

There's got to be a better life out there somewhere.

Re: That feeling of dread on Sunday night....
The day has a very dreadful vibe indeed...despite being designated as a day of worship. I feel it represents the constraints we live under.

Church, laundry, shopping...ugh. It's overwhelming. We all feel it, especially those of us who are wild at heart and free. This evening sums it all up: back in your cage, slave.

Weekly Horoscope

September 30 Venus in Serpens the Lilith constellation. She is the Kundalini. “Repressed or coiled in a circle, she can be poisonous both to the body and the psyche, but once risen and standing upright she is beneficent.”

October 1 Passionate Moon conjunct Mars forces us to wear our hearts on our selves. This fruity number can definitely spice up our lives with an un-front, raw and uncensored attitude. Lay it on the line today, with knobs on.

October 2 A sacrifice has to be made that will cause some pain and separation anxiety. Not an easy day with childhood wounds being re-opened by a ruthless Pluto. You may want to run home to mummy.

October 4 Prepare your magic spells for tomorrow’s New Moon exorcist /resurrection ritual.

Yep. Most of it was bullshit, and we knew it but didn't know how to properly fight against it. It was a corrupt system with little to no wisdom.

I always felt that way when I worked in an office and had to rise for that on Monday - always. In fact, I disliked it so much, I would intentionally stay up really late from the dread.
