That feeling of dread on Sunday night....

I hear ya OP. I get it every Sunday. It sux.

Yea I know the feeling but its much worse if you work with pricks.

I distinctly remember that feeling of real dread as a child.

Worst was when taking a bath on Sunday night.

I hated going to school.

Almost a panic feeling of WTF am I DOING HERE?

I do not get that feeling anymore but I did when I was younger and in school. You learn that it is not worth it but you have to go back. Sometimes it was overwhelming.

I felt that way every day I went to school.

I always dreaded Sunday because of that when I was younger. It is depressing these days because I don't watch sports very often, and can't accomplish much in the way of business either.

I was working on Sunday, and that was actually okay. Now with the loss of one of my two pt jobs Sunday just drags on. Being broke makes it worse.

Same for Fridays Burst of energy and well-being in the matrix...(payday for most)....them it wanes to Sunday afternoon. Today was really low energetically.

Don't know why today was so special and draining tho. End of Summer?

Reading this made me think a lot. I can relate to this same dread feeling and I realized just how comfortable misery has been the past few years. And you know what? I think it's time for change.

I'm taking time off tomorrow to call a prototyping company. See if they can make a production worthy version of a little invention I made awhile back. It's nothing fancy but I use it all the time and I know there is a market for it, just never followed through. Perhaps out of fear.

I think it's time I change my life from something I dread to something I look forward to. Some chances are worth taking I suppose.

Yup, Sundays suck. At least I get Mondays off.

I'm feeling it tonight. I used to like my job, but now ... I'm just so tired. This isn't what I want to be doing forever.

I'm sick of getting up early and driving to work with the rest of the slaves. I'm sick of being under someone else's thumb all day just so that I can earn enough money to live.

There's got to be a better life out there somewhere.

its a word made up by your boss so you know when togo back to work, that why the dread, dont like it? nothing stopping you from not working. not yet, so enjoy the freedom while you have it, in the future we will be made to work

Yep. Most of it was bullshit, and we knew it but didn't know how to properly fight against it. It was a corrupt system with little to no wisdom.

I always felt that way when I worked in an office and had to rise for that on Monday - always. In fact, I disliked it so much, I would intentionally stay up really late from the dread.

Still trying to harness that tipping point, eh? Good luck with that. It will never be ridden by human hands.
